Lead Advisor - Strategic Transformation

Building on this foundation, the Strategic Advisory Unit attaches to these initiatives to ensure that modernization not only works technically, but also wins strategically.

Your Tasks

  • Own and orchestrate strategic transformation engagements end-to-end
  • Assess and design organizational, product, and business strategies, including target operating models
  • Apply proven change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR) to secure successful adoption
  • Evaluate processes, run interviews and workshops, and design future-state processes and structures
  • Deliver executive-level strategic assessments and health checks
  • Manage and align diverse stakeholder groups - from C-Level to operational teams
  • Build long‑term strategic partnerships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Coach teams and enable leaders to build internal capabilities
  • Identify and shape new business development opportunities

As a Lead Advisor - Strategic Transformation, you will guide our clients through transformation from the business, organizational, and people perspective. You will ensure that modernization efforts are backed by clear strategic direction, effective operating models, and strong change enablement - creating measurable and lasting impact.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation leadership, or organizational development
  • Strong track record leading strategic transformation programs
  • Proven excellence in stakeholder management across all levels, including C-Level
  • Mastery in designing, facilitating, and steering workshops and decision processes
  • Outstanding communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
  • High emotional intelligence, strong presence, and a coaching mindset
  • Understanding of software architectures, cloud‑native environments, or containerization
  • Hands‑on experience applying AI in transformation contexts
  • Industry expertise (e.g., financial services, insurance, manufacturing)
