Lead Analyst

Overview

Provide end-to-end leadership for error analysis, RCA coordination, stakeholder management, and documentation quality for the MEB platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead error-analysis activities for MEB platform.
• Drive RCA and ticket discussions with customer SMEs.
• Facilitate workshops, coordinate findings, assign tasks.
• Provide guidance to analysts and manage workload distribution.
• Prepare documentation, summaries, and stakeholder-facing reports.
• Oversee transition activities including shadowing and reverse shadowing.

Required Skills

• UDS protocol expertise
• ORU QLAH deep knowledge (VW Standard)
• Strong understanding of MEB platform architecture
• OSI Layers in vehicle communication
• Soft skills: stakeholder management, communication, workshop facilitation
• Experience Level: 7+ years in diagnostics, ORU, or automotive communication
