Lead Architect (f/m/d) AI Automation

What you’ll be doing:

1. Define and maintain AI automation architecture to ensure resilience, scalability, and security.
2. Lead technical governance and best practices for AI solution development and deployment.
3. Manage and mentor software engineers and subject matter experts, fostering a high-performance technical team.
4. Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to drive successful AI integrations.
5. Establish technical standards and guidelines for AI-powered automation solutions.
6. Stay ahead of emerging AI and automation technologies to drive innovation.
7. Ensure smooth coordination and alignment with enterprise-wide architecture.

What you bring:

1. 8+ years of experience in software architecture, AI, or automation systems, with a strong background in building scalable and resilient AI-powered solutions.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
3. Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams, setting architectural direction, and fostering technical excellence.
4. Deep expertise in cloud platforms, AI/ML models, and automation frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
5. Strong knowledge of security, data governance, and compliance best practices to maintain robust and compliant systems.
6. Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
7. Industry experience in music, media, or digital publishing is a plus.
