Responsibilities
- Own Back Office requirements end-to-end
- Lead workshops and stakeholder coordination
- Drive process improvements and solution design
- Translate complex requirements into structured user stories
- Oversee functional testing activities
Requirements
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst
- Strong Back Office domain knowledge
- Experience in financial services environments
- Leasing process experience is a plus
- Leadership and mentoring skills
