Lead Business Analyst & Architect – Murex Migration (MM & FX)

Location: Frankfurt

Contract: Long-term project

Trust in Soda is representing a leading financial institution on a large-scale transformation program, and we’re currently seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst & Architect to play a key role in the migration of Money Market (MM) and FX transactions to Murex Mx.3 .

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the professional management and coordination of business analysis for the Murex migration.
• Define and develop a target architecture in collaboration with project management, IT architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines, regulatory frameworks, and Murex standards.
• Maintain and document architecture models (processes, data flows, system relationships).
• Moderate workshops to drive solution design and prepare decision-making.
• Conduct quality assurance on the migration strategy for MM & FX.
• Support the definition of interfaces and data models.
• Collaborate with external partners and Murex experts to validate architectural approaches.

Your Profile

Strong background in capital markets , with deep knowledge of MM and FX products .
Proven track record in business analysis & architecture for complex migration projects.
Expertise in Murex Mx.3 and end-to-end process modeling .
Skilled communicator and facilitator across different business and technical levels.
Familiar with agile and hybrid methodologies , and experienced in tools such as Jira & Confluence .
