Responsibilities
- You work together with the Data Governance Lead to define global data standards and ensure their implementation.
- You continuously monitor data quality in the systems and regularly coordinate on the desired standards.
- You clarify necessary changes with the relevant stakeholders and implement them in close collaboration with MDM as well as the Business Data Stewards / Technical Data Stewards.
- You guide the Business Data Stewards in data analysis and correction to ensure sustainable improvement in data quality.
- You serve as the central point of contact for all global entities regarding information quality standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong process management and project management knowledge.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP system structure (processes and data model) and experience with SAP CX (CRM knowledge is an advantage).
- Solid knowledge in data management, including data modeling (e.g., UML) and the systems used for this purpose.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience with SAP Query (desirable).
- Business fluent German and English skills.
