Your Growth Journey

You'll generate ~€300k in annual billings through senior sales placements, with deal values ranging from €20k-€40k+ per placement.

This role combines executive search precision with commercial recruitment velocity, targeting:
VP Sales & Sales Directors at PE/VC-backed scale-ups
Senior Account Executives and Revenue Leaders earning €90k-€170k+ base
C-suite stakeholders across Germany's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies

Your performance directly fuels our German expansion. Within 12-18 months, you'll transition from independent operator to pod leader, bringing the Nobel approach to a market hungry for sophisticated, relationship-driven recruitment.

What Success Looks Like

Q1 (Your ramp period): You'll land in a warm desk with allocated clients and active roles already in motion. We expect you to:

  • Close your first deals by month 2 with your warm portfolio
  • Master the Nobel approach and relationship-driven methodology
  • Build foundation relationships with PE/VC-backed scale-ups
  • Navigate stakeholder management at C-suite level

We won't hold you to full quarterly targets in Q1, this is about getting up to speed with how we work.

From Q2 onwards (Full accountability):

  • Consistently deliver €70k quarterly billings
  • Increase average deal size across your portfolio
  • Develop your own client pipeline alongside allocated accounts
  • Train junior team members on your proven methodologies
  • Position yourself as the go-to expert for senior sales hiring in German SaaS

This role takes senior placements off the founders' plates so they can focus on scaling. You'll make the machine work more efficiently whilst building something significant under your own name.

How You'll Develop Here

  • Dedicated mentorship from partners who've scaled similar practices
  • Deep market exposure across high-growth SaaS companies at various funding stages. These insights will accelerate your leadership trajectory.
  • Clear progression pathway to Associate Partner within 18-24 months, with full P&L responsibility for your specialist vertical.

Our Excellence Standard

Essential:
5-8 years of executive search or senior commercial recruitment experience
Native German fluency + strong English communication
Proven business development track record, you've built client relationships and orchestrated complex processes independently
Experience with SaaS or GTM environments

Distinguishing factors:
PE/VC portfolio company exposure
Boutique firm background
Track record of €30k+ average deal values
History of working upmarket and increasing deal size over time

Compensation & Benefits

€60-75k base | €130k OTE
