Lead Content Writer

Are you a native German speaker dedicated to clear, impactful writing? 

Our client is on a mission to help people feel better  with home products that set new standards in ergonomics and comfort. They're seeking an exceptional German-language Lead Content Writer to write copy for their marketing, their website, and their printed materials, taking on real responsibility from day one.
They are not your typical German or Portuguese company. And this is not your typical 9-5 relaxing job. The role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career rapidly and directly impact the lives of hundreds of thousands of customers.
Tasks:
・Create Clear, Impactful Content: Write articles, newsletters, product descriptions, marketing copy, and more in flawless German for a broad audience.
・Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
・Work Closely with Founders: Collaborate directly with the company's founders and owners to align content with our strategic goals.
・Embrace AI Tools: Leverage the latest AI technology to increase efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
・Write Quickly and Effectively: Deliver exceptional content on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
・Incorporate SEO Best Practices: Optimize content for search engines to enhance visibility and drive traffic.

Requirements

Native German Speaker: Flawless German writing skills with exceptional grammar and style.
Outstanding Writing Ability: Proven ability to craft logical, clear, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Speed and Efficiency: Capable of producing high-quality content quickly and meeting deadlines consistently.
Tech Savvy: Openness to using AI tools and other technologies to streamline workflows and enhance output.
Attention to Detail: Precise editing and proofreading skills to ensure the highest standard of content.
Knowledge of SEO: Familiarity with SEO best practices to create optimized and high-performing content.
Creative and Logical Thinking: Ability to create compelling narratives while maintaining clarity and structure.
Hybrid work policy: 4 days per week in the office if you live in Lisbon center, 2 days per week if you live outside Lisbon center.

Additional qualifications:

・Experience in developing email marketing strategies or writing email campaigns is highly desirable.
・Familiarity with email CRMs such as Klaviyo or similar tools is a strong plus.
