About the ClientOur client is a global leader in life sciences and digital health transformation, driving innovation in data management for clinical research. What you will do• Lead, coach, and mentor the external technical team, ensuring best engineering practices and adherence to quality and compliance standards.• Design and review technical solutions for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and integration.• Oversee code quality, documentation, and compliance with regulatory (GxP) requirements.• Collaborate with product, architecture, and validation teams to define the technical roadmap and ensure effective, end-to-end testing.• Support troubleshooting of complex data issues and guide the adoption of scalable, cloud-based solutions. What we are looking for• Proven experience in big data platforms, ingestion, and processing—ideally with exposure to digital health or life sciences data.• Proficiency in AWS, Python, Snowflake, Airflow, Amazon EMR, Spark (PySpark).• Familiarity with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Tableau, and modern DevOps practices.• Solid understanding of validated environments and clinical or regulated data processes.• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate distributed technical teams and stakeholders.
