The opportunity:
This is a pivotal leadership role with the opportunity to build and shape our digital consulting business in Germany. You will move beyond project delivery to define strategy, drive business growth, and mentor a high-performing team of innovators.
You will have the autonomy to steer the application of emerging technologies like AI, digital twins, and data analytics, leading engagements with major industrial clients and positioning Arup as the go-to partner for digital transformation in the built environment. This is your chance to create a lasting impact, backed by a global network of experts but with the freedom to pioneer new approaches in a key market.
