Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Solar Technical Engineer to join our team on an AUG contract until 2027. The successful candidate will lead the technical execution of high-power solar projects, focusing on frequency converters and power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of switching tests for MW-class frequency converters.
• Design and develop printed circuit boards (PCBs) and associated electronic systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and power electronics issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in solar power systems, frequency converters, and PCB design.
• Proven ability to lead technical execution on high-power projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
