Die Subdomäne Accounts & Deposits in TDI Privatbank Germany verantwortet die Prozesse und Applikationen rund um Kontokorrent und Einlagen. Das Konto ist das Basisprodukt für viele Bankgeschäfte. Daher erwartet der Kunde eine effiziente, schnelle Bereitstellung sowie Bearbeitung seiner Aufträge. Im Accounts & Deposits Bereich arbeiten wir parallel an strategischen, regulatorischen und Essential Maintenance-Projekten. Mit unserer SAP Plattform stellen wir das erfolgreiche und moderne Processing für das breite Produktangebot für Spar-Produkte vom Sparbuch bis zum Festgeld sicher. Wir ergänzen die Standardsoftware SAP Banking mit modernen Architektur-Komponenten wie Webservices und der neuen Google Cloud-Plattform. Als Lead Engineer arbeitest Du eng mit Geschäfts- und Betriebseinheiten, Product Owner und Entwicklungsteams zusammen. Du ergänzt das Team durch Deine technische Expertise bezüglich SAP ABAP und verantwortest damit maßgeblich die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Anwendung.

Aufgaben

• Du bist Teil des internationalen Teams Deposits und unterstützt die Projekte rund um Sparprodukte.

• Als SAP-Entwickler mit Expertenkenntnissen in SAP ABAP bist Du verantwortlich für die Übersetzung komplexer Geschäftsanforderungen in effektive SAP-Lösungen. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören das Design und die Programmierung von Anpassungen, die Systemkonfiguration, die Entwicklung und das Testen neuer Funktionalitäten und Prozesse sowie die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs durch proaktive Behebung technischer und funktionaler Probleme und Fehler.

• Du begleitest den kompletten Software Development Lifecycle: von der Analyse der Anforderungen über die Entwicklung und das Deployment bis zum Test der Ergebnisse sowie deren Wartung und Optimierung.

• In Deiner Rolle als Lead Engineer hast Du die Möglichkeit, ein wachsendes SAP-Entwicklungsteam in Pune zu entwickeln, anzuleiten und zu trainieren. Zudem stellst Du eine reibungslose und effiziente Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams sicher.

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Mehrjährige fundierte Entwicklungserfahrung in ABAP, ABAP OO und Java.

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design und der Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen SAP Banking Applikationen.

• Umfassendes Wissen im Bereich SAP Integrationsdesign sowie den dazugehörigen Schnittstellentechnologien (z.B. SAP Enterprise Services, BAPIs, BADIs, BTEs, SAP Enhancement Framework).

• Modellierung und Implementierung von SAP Enterprise Services:

  • Erweiterungen von SAP-Standard-Services.

  • Modellierung und Implementierung von kundenspezifischen Enterprise Services.

  • Erstellung und Erweiterung des PIC-Prozesses für Enterprise Services.

• Umfassende Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Konzeption von Implementierungsspezifikationen, Software-Designs und dazugehörigen Testfällen.

• Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und lokalen Teams, im Stakeholder-Management (Vendoren, Drittanbieter) und in der internen Teamkoordination.

• Bereitschaft und Offenheit, sich in eine neue Kernbankanwendung für die Kontoführung einzuarbeiten und die Migration zu unterstützen.

About the Team

The sub-domain Accounts & Deposits in TDI Privatbank Germany is responsible for the processes and applications related to current accounts and deposits. The account is the key product for many banking transactions. Therefore, the customer expects efficient and reliable processing of his orders. In the Accounts & Deposits area we implement strategic, regulatory, and essential maintenance projects. Our SAP platform allows us a modern und successful management of savings products in standard software. In addition to the SAP Banking solution we use state of the art architecture components such as web services and the new Google Cloud platform. As a Lead Engineer, you work hand in hand with business and operations, product managers and development teams. You complement the team with your technical skills like SAP ABAP and communication skills and are therefore responsible for the enhancement and support of the application.

Responsibilities

• You are part of the international Deposits Team and you support different projects around savings.

• SAP developers are expected to have the expert knowledge in SAP ABAP. Their primary responsibilities include designing, code changes and setting up the system as per the business requirements, developing and testing functionalities, processes set up and resolving technical or functional issues and fixing the defects.

• You are involved in the whole Software Development Lifecycle starting from analyzing requirements, developing, deploying and testing deliverables as well as maintaining & improving it.

• As a Lead Engineer you have a strong ability to develop, train and lead a growing SAP Development Team in Pune and work efficiently with internal and external teams.

Skills & Experiences

• Several years of professional development experience with ABAP/ ABAP OO/ Java.

• Multiple years of experience in the designing and development of customer specific SAP Banking applications.

• In depth knowledge of SAP Integration design and the related interface technologies like SAP Enterprise Services, BAPI’s, BADI’s, BTE’s and the SAP Enhancement Framework.

• Modelling and Implementation of SAP Enterprise Services:

  • Enhancements of SAP standard services.

  • Modelling and implementation of custom-specific enterprise services.

  • Creation and enhancement of the PIC process for Enterprise services.

• The creation and design of Implementation specifications, software design and test cases.

• Have demonstrated proficiency in working with global and local teams, managing vendors and/or 3rd parties and internal team.

• Willingness and openness to learn a new core banking application for account management and to support migration.
