Your contribution

• Lead Front-end Architecture: Oversee the migration from AngularJS to Angular, ensuring performance and user experience are optimized.
• Establish Front-end Standards: Define and enforce best practices and architectural standards for high-quality and maintainable code.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the central architecture team and development departments to resolve technical challenges.
• Drive Mentorship: Guide development teams through training, enhancing their technical skills and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Conduct Code Reviews: Ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and recommend improvements during regular code reviews.

What you bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Front-end Experience: At least 5 years in front-end development for large-scale enterprise software, focusing on Angular.
• Strong Expertise: Extensive knowledge of front-end frameworks and web performance optimization, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in mentoring junior developers and leading collaborative technical initiatives.
• Excellent Communication: Fluency in English (oral and written) to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
