Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, translating complex business requirements into innovative solution designs and detailed functional specifications for large‑scale or complex programs.
- Leverage extensive knowledge of the banking industry and nCino best practices to provide strategic consulting to customers, offer insight on industry trends and regulatory requirements, and position clients to stay ahead of the curve.
- Identify and implement cutting‑edge solutions that enhance the value and impact of nCino implementations, conduct benchmarking and analysis to recommend best practices, and maintain influence in programs with various governance structures.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in the nCino product, help customers maximize its capabilities, lead product demonstrations and training sessions, and provide advanced support and troubleshooting.
- Drive the strategic vision and adoption of nCino across financial institutions by cultivating relationships with stakeholders at all levels and championing the transformative benefits of the platform.
- Deliver comprehensive project status updates and risk assessments, prepare detailed reports and presentations, and support multi‑project delivery when required.
- Provide clear, actionable insights that facilitate decision‑making, ensuring transparent and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
- Utilize and, when needed, develop project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage resources effectively, and support change management for customer adoption of nCino products.
- Apply agile principles and the nCino project methodology to ensure best practices, efficient process implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary contact and strategic advisor for SI partners, guide customization requests, conduct trade‑off analyses, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct regular status meetings with the project team, maintain a detailed project schedule, and communicate responsibilities and deadlines to all team members.
- Provide advanced training, support, and guidance to end‑users, conduct workshops, create comprehensive documentation, and offer ongoing support for continuous improvement.
- Manage project financials, forecast hours, monitor burn rates, oversee revenue vs. deliverables, identify cross‑sell opportunities, and maintain control over unbillable hours and discounts.
- Work closely with PSO leadership and other internal stakeholders to align account plans, provide visibility across the company, raise adoption concerns, and address churn risks.
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency, automate routine tasks, and improve accuracy, while ensuring AI applications provide measurable value and drive innovation.
- Stay informed on AI advancements to support continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of professional experience in banking or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks with precision, strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication across all levels, translating complex information into clear, audience‑appropriate messaging.
- Experience leading projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating initiative while appropriately escalating issues.
- Ability to build credibility and influence through transparent communication, collaborative engagement, and consistent follow‑through.
- Support organizational change by identifying improvement opportunities and constructively challenging existing processes.

The Base Salary Range For This Job Is €76,400.00 - €126,100.00
The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
