As our Lead Marketing Manager, you will own and execute our marketing strategy end-to-end - with a sharp focus on digital demand generation, online campaign performance, and data-driven optimization. You’ll be responsible for building scalable marketing engines that drive measurable growth while maintaining strong unit economics. You will conceptualize and run multi-channel campaigns, test new growth levers, and optimize every euro spent toward sustainable customer acquisition, activation and retention. You will work closely with the founders, product, and commercial teams.
You are a strategic operator with the heart of a growth hacker - someone who thrives on measurable results and isn’t afraid to get hands‑on. You understand the full marketing funnel and how to connect creative storytelling with analytical precision.
