YOUR TASKS

The Station Manager/Lead oversees a team of approximately 10 aircraft mechanics (CAT A – B1, B2, EAT contractors) performing line maintenance on the EAT/DHL fleet and contracted fleets at Frankfurt Airport (FRA). Responsibilities include organizing maintenance work, personnel management, and planning station resources.

• Manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, collaborating with operators, MOC, troubleshooters, and work planning teams.
• Monitor work progress, prioritize tasks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate AOG processing with relevant departments.
• Provide technical guidance on compliance with MOE / CAME / TC Holder documents, and Circulars.
• Conduct employee evaluations, set goals, and manage personnel issues.
• Serve as the contact for technical and personnel matters, including for contracted staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational regulations.
• Optimize use of personnel and resources, including holiday and training planning.
• Address infrastructure and equipment disruptions.
• Lead special projects and initiatives.
• Handle audits, safety inquiries, and support digitization efforts.
• Implement CIS/CIM philosophy and team coaching.

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to stay effective and composed under stress.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and support AOG situations.
• Willingness to travel for training.
• Relevant professional experience or a degree with extensive experience.
• Valid Part-66 Cat B1 or B2 license.
• At least one company-specific type rating.
• Desirable: EAT experience, leadership roles, external station experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
