About Our Client: Our client is a prominent, modern tertiary care center located in the heart of the scenic Sauerland region. With approximately 900 beds and 29 specialized departments, the facility serves as a vital pillar of healthcare in the region. Your Role: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Physician who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Hematology and Oncology department, contributing to our inpatient care (35 beds) and our specialized ambulatory oncology services (ASV). This is a role for a "human anchor"- someone who values a supportive team culture, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the chance to drive innovation in oncological therapy.

Your key responsibilities include: Clinical Excellence:

Lead the diagnostic and treatment processes for the full spectrum of hematological and oncological diseases. Strategic Growth:

Participate in the ongoing development of the department, including ASV accreditation processes for hematological malignancies. Interdisciplinary Impact:

Actively contribute to tumor boards and collaborate closely with clinical partners and external university centers. Mentorship:

Support the training and professional development of junior doctors, fostering an environment of continuous learning. Quality Assurance:

Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and clinical research participation.

Your Profile: Specialization:

Board-certified specialist in Hematology and Oncology. Experience:

Proven clinical experience in hospital settings; experience in palliative care is highly valued. Leadership:

A natural team player with strong communication skills and a desire to take on leadership responsibilities. Vision:
