Working in the product team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the Platform Services Stream , which builds products that include authentication and authorisation, external communications, and privacy tools.

The Platform Domain's mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system (used by 600+ engineers) with a "Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will lead high‑impact product initiatives that improve engineering efficiency, accelerate tech modernization, and raise the bar on software and system quality—balancing rapid iteration with robust governance, security, and compliance.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead three platform teams working on identity and access management, data retention and privacy tools, and communication.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3 product managers: provide coaching, career guidance, and performance feedback to build a strong, autonomous team capable of driving platform excellence.
• Influence without authority across the platform organization to align multiple platform teams (infrastructure, applicative, security) on shared goals; ensuring cohesive solutions that serve the broader engineering ecosystem.
• Define the vision, success metrics, and own the product strategy for product bricks to balance developer velocity, quality and the scalability of our platform.
• Champion platform adoption and developer enablement: design onboarding experiences, documentation, and self‑service capabilities that reduce time‑to‑value for engineers.
• Drive discovery‑to‑adoption for platform innovations: identify bottlenecks in the software delivery lifecycle, run experiments and PoCs, validate impact on key metrics and scale successful patterns across all engineering teams.
• Apply platform engineering best practices (e.g. platform as a product, DevEx research, AI) to drive innovations.

Who you are

• 8+ years in Product Management with ownership of complex, cross‑functional systems and extended experience on technical products and platforms
• Proven experience of people management leading product managers, with demonstrated ability to mentor, delegate, and scale team impact
• Passionate about solving complex and technical problems
• Possess a strong experience developing/launching products in a large scale international B2B environment, where you need to change the foundations without slowing down the feature development pace
• Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
• Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
• Have ambition to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in English
