🚀 Lead React Native Contract Role – Up to £500 P/D (Outside IR-35)

I’m looking for a Lead React Native Engineer to join an exciting client on a 6-month rolling contract.

Key Responsibilities

🔑 What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a small team of mobile engineers (mentoring, code reviews, best practices).
- Driving delivery across the mobile roadmap.
- Working closely with Product & Design to ensure milestones are met.
- Remaining hands-on (~50%) with coding and architecture decisions.

Tech Stack & Requirements

🛠 Tech stack & requirements:
- Strong commercial React Native experience (4+ years ideally).
- Hands-on experience with Expo and TypeScript.
- Solid knowledge of React fundamentals.
- Experience leading/mentoring engineers.
- Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD and app store releases.
- Ability to balance leadership duties with hands-on coding.
