Lead / Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote / Hybrid Germany-wide)

Location : Remote or hybrid (within Germany)

Theyre now looking to expand their team with a skilled Lead or Senior Software Engineer with Ruby on Rails experience whos passionate about clean code mentoring others and building scalable systems.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Designing and building robust scalable applications using Ruby on Rails
• Leading and mentoring a team of developers
• Championing best practices like test-driven development (TDD) and clean architecture
• Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams
• Driving continuous improvement in tools processes and engineering standards

What Youll Bring :

• Solid professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding and practice of TDD
• Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
• Fluent English and German
• Hands-on experience with AWS Docker or Kubernetes
