Lead / Senior AI Engineer

Our client is a global fintech firm that is known for its data-driven approach to financial markets.

They have a strong presence in Europe, US, and the APAC region. This role will focus on utilizing AI to develop and deploy innovative solutions that optimize business operations and drive measurable improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Generate new innovative AI ideas that will streamline operations, reporting, and internal data pipelines for analytic platforms.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML/AI solutions, rapidly building POCs and productionizing models.
• Lead and mentor other members of the AI Engineering team.
• Take ownership of the architecture and deployment patterns for AI/ML services such as data ingestion, monitoring, and pipelines.
• Build systems for improving data quality and operational efficiency such as anomaly detection and strategy verification.
• Collaborate with quant and engineering teams to develop user-facing tools and AI agents to increase productivity and data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Python and related libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Hands-on experience with open-source AI platforms such as TensorFlow, HuggingFace, and PyTorch.
• Knowledge building ML-driven product systems in production.
• Strong experience with AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and LLM-based applications.
• Familiarity with and deployment to cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
