Position: Senior Software Engineer

Type: Independent contractor

Compensation: $80–$160/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15–25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
• Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
• Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
• Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours to improve AI systems.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
• Comfortable with technical writing and attention to detail.

Preferred

• Degree from Top US Colleges or Universities.

Start Date

• Mid to Late November
