Lead Server

We’re looking for a hands‑on Exchange & Intune SME to lead our messaging operations and act as the technical SPOC for enterprise clients. You’ll own both Exchange On‑Prem & Exchange Online , guide the team, and drive stability, security, and modernization.

What You’ll Do

• Provide L3/L4 support & act as first escalation point
• Drive mail flow security, identity, and compliance
• Mentor the team & define SOPs/runbooks

What We’re Looking For

• Strong expertise in Exchange 2016/2019, EXO, Hybrid & Intune
• Deep skills in mail flow, security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), Entra ID & Migrations
• PowerShell automation experience
• Leadership mindset with client‑facing skills
