Revive Recruitment is partnering with a growing digital education company in the financial services space, hiring their first senior technical leader to help shape and scale modern internal systems.

This is a high-impact role offering real ownership, leadership responsibility, and the chance to build future-proof software in a purpose-driven business.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build modern, scalable IT systems based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Ensure system stability and minimal downtime
• Act quickly on critical production issues
• Work closely with Operations (Development, Project Management, AI, Process teams)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Backoffice and People teams
• Take technical ownership and guide best practices across the team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven professional software development experience
• Leadership experience in a technical environment
• Strong hands‑on skills in JavaScript, TypeScript and React
• German language skills at B2 level or higher
• Confident communicator who works at eye level with stakeholders
• Structured, detail-oriented and able to see the bigger picture
