Lead Software Development Common (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are looking for a team leader who can lead our new Common Team and ensure its successful start and development. As a team leader, you will be responsible for planning resources, coordinating projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. You will also be the technical contact person for project managers and external partners, developing and implementing fine concepts together.

• Lead the team technically and disciplinarily, and actively shape the team structure.
• Plan resources, coordinate projects, and ensure successful implementation.
• Be the technical contact person for project managers and external partners, and develop fine concepts together.
• Ensure quality, set impulses, and promote the further development of the team.
• Work closely with Product Owners and other teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Coordinate development tasks, prioritize requirements, and support the team with technical expertise.
• Develop interfaces between us and our partner systems using NodeJS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and more.
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and modern development methods.
