As the Lead Developer in the manufacturing industry, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the development team, driving technical strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes, innovate, and create cutting-edge applications that will enhance operational efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing domain.

Responsibilities:

• Build and grow a development department with software architecture and DevOps processes.
• Lead in the design and development of innovation and innovative, customer-centric service or software solutions
• Technical responsibility for cloud/web native architectures, solution design, the development of services and the operation of high-performance, scalable solutions
• Implement high quality software solutions with inter- disciplinary teams of software engineers, product owners and business units
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle and continuously improve software development processes
• Multiplier and coach for team members and staff to share expertise and vision through communities, training, etc

Key Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of software engineering, computer science, business informatics or comparable training
• Strong communication and customer-oriented personality, structured and solution-oriented approach, flexibility, commitment and high team orientation
• Experience in software development and know-how in the area of web or cloud-based applications and best familiar with NET Core, C# or Java
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
