What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of HR professionals
• Overseeing end-to-end HR operations and ensuring payroll accuracy
• Driving process improvements and compliance in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Acting as a strategic partner to the business on all things people-related

Requirements:

• (C2) German and excellent English communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role including payroll, in Germany
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a structured, compliant environment
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and payroll regulations

What We Offer:

• 65,000 base salary + performance bonus
• Hybrid work model balance flexibility with team collaboration
• Relocation support up to 1,500 (from outside Germany) or 700 (from within Germany, min. 100 km to Berlin)
