The role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape group-wide treasury strategy at the center of a dynamic, international organization. You will work closely with senior leadership on financing, capital markets, and liquidity topics while driving high-impact initiatives that directly influence business performance. Combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, the role provides broad exposure across Treasury, Finance, and the C‑suite. It’s an ideal position for someone eager to make a visible impact and take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.

What you’ll do

You collaborate closely with the Director Group Treasury to manage the external debt portfolio, capital markets activities, and act as a sparring partner on strategic treasury decisions.
Moreover, you own reporting and analysis for rating agencies, support lender communications, and contribute to discussions with auditors, including inputs to the annual report and maintenance of treasury policies.
You take responsibility for key treasury initiatives such as rolling out and maintaining free cash flow analysis, implementing a global card program and policy, and identifying productivity and value‑adding improvements.
Furthermore, you act as the first point of contact for treasury accounting topics, including cash pooling and hedging, while managing intercompany loan frameworks in collaboration with Tax.
In addition, you oversee automated FX hedging solutions and ensure they operate effectively across the group.
You partner with key finance stakeholders to align treasury processes and initiatives across regions and functions.
Finally, you deliver ad‑hoc analyses and deep dives into financials to support management decision‑making.

What you’ll bring

7+ years of experience in treasury, controllership, or related finance functions, ideally including exposure to financing (private and capital markets) and rating agencies
Strong financial modelling, Excel, and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financials in high detail and accuracy
Proven experience leading high‑impact strategic initiatives, strong project management skills, and confident engagement with C‑suite stakeholders
Ability to work independently on complex topics while collaborating effectively across diverse, cross‑functional teams
Solid understanding of treasury accounting is a plus, along with proficiency in treasury management systems (e.g. Kyriba) and experience with Oracle Fusion or Workday Adaptive
Data‑driven, hands‑on, and pragmatic mindset combined with a customer‑centric approach and excellent communication skills
Strong prioritization skills, a collaborative team‑player attitude, and the ability to create clear, professional, and insightful presentations
