Job Description

This role involves estimating savings, paving the way for standardization by identifying positive outcomes, leading benchmarks, and deploying best practices. The Industrial Lead User will also agree with EPO – subcategory on new suppliers and follow the trials, maintain an exhaustive list of actions, initiate regular reviews with plants to ensure no roadblocks, track follow‑up of savings, and warn in case of under‑performance or backlog. Additionally, this role ensures that all levers for value creation are explored and formally gauges the business's sentiment towards users.

Profile

Seniority in a maintenance position.
Good knowledge of steel‑making processes.
Ability to work in a matrix organization, with strong communication skills, capacity for listening, and convincing without managerial links.

Proven experience in leading industrial projects and initiatives.
Strong analytical skills to estimate savings and track performance.
Expertise in standardization processes and best practice deployment.
Familiarity with supplier management and trial follow‑ups.
