About Our Actionable Analytics Team

The Actionable Analytics team is currently looking for a motivated Lead Web Analytics (f/m/d) to lead web analytics projects and support clients on their growth journey. The position is full-time or part-time and based in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

• You represent the company to clients and conduct workshops to deeply understand their business models and ensure solutions align with their specific use cases.
• You drive further standardization and continuously improve our web analytics services.
• You play a crucial role in shaping our approach and ensuring we stay ahead of the game.
• You provide valuable advice on implementing tracking solutions such as Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager, Matomo, or Adobe Analytics, and guide clients in using reports and dashboards to make data‑driven decisions.
• You are responsible for the seamless implementation of web analytics projects, leveraging tag‑management tools and integrating services, including CRM tools and ad networks.
• You take on a leadership position within the web analytics team, coaching and supporting team members' development and shaping the future of our analytics capabilities.

Requirements

Who Are You?

• You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, preferably in an agency or ecommerce setting.
• You have deep expertise in implementing and utilizing Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Consent Mode.
• You have experience in multi‑brand environments with a strong understanding of KPIs, business goals, and resource management, thriving in fast‑paced settings juggling multiple tasks and clients.
• You have experience leading a team and supporting members in their career development.
• You approach tasks in a structured, analytical manner while effectively prioritizing.
• You work with attention to detail and ensure accuracy and precision in your deliverables.
• You are intrinsically motivated and committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining high work quality.
• You have a creative mindset, can think outside the box, and identify innovative approaches to drive clients toward digital excellence.
• You have excellent communication skills, conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely to different stakeholders.
