About the Role

• Spearhead the development and implementation of our Pharmacy Channel Vision and Strategy for Germany.


• Bolster superior market growth for key brands by setting financial acceleration forecasts, targets, GP, and cash flow via best-in-class customer partnerships and Go-to-Market Agenda.


• Manage channel people budgets while balancing short-term delivery with long-term priorities. Lead brand activation in line with portfolio prioritization.
