Leading Product Designer

Your mission

This role requires you to be based in Berlin)
Take full lead of our design system and product UI as we prepare for a major launch.
This is your opportunity to shape the foundation of a product that will impact people's lives on a global scale.
You will:

• Work closely with our Head of Product to understand our users, vision, and product goals.
• Redefine our design system in Figma, creating a unified and scalable design language.
• Design core product interfaces and user flows with a high level of craft and autonomy.

Your profile

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products (mobile and web).
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, paired with great taste and a thoughtful approach.
• Proficiency in Figma and with component-based design system.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from day one.
• Fluent in German & English (spoken & written).

Bonus points for:

• Experience in healthcare or designing for complex, sensitive user journeys
• Experience designing analytics dashboards or interfaces that involve AI and data-driven interactions

About us

mama health's mission is to build the largest healthcare data platform where patient find answers and healthcare players see how they can improve. We built 2 products:
1) a Patient App that helps chronic patients find answers to their daily questions - using best in class multi-agent systems and proprietary data
2) a Patient Journey Analytics Platform to see real time patient needs, roadblock and what needs to be done to improve patients care
