In collaboration with the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and entrepreneur Susanne Klatten, we have been supporting future‑oriented start‑ups such as Celonis, Konux, Proxima Fusion, Quantum Diamonds, and Isar Aerospace since 2002.

At the UnternehmerTUM Academy for Innovators, we develop entrepreneurial mindsets and empower individuals to drive innovation responsibly and sustainably. Each year, we support thousands of students, scientists, and professionals through hands‑on learning experiences in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology. Our programs combine academic excellence with practical relevance and are developed in collaboration with leading companies, foundations, and public institutions such as BMW Group, SAP, and the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.

Deine Aufgaben

Design and deliver engaging learning experiences across digital, blended, and in‑person formats, contributing to our mission of transformative education.
Lead the development and implementation of online learning programs and our digital learning ecosystem, managing our learning platform to create scalable and impactful learning experiences.
Create high‑quality educational content, including video‑based materials and interactive modules that integrate emerging technologies and AI‑supported learning tools.
Develop and deliver entrepreneurship education programs using methods such as Business Design, Lean Startup, and Responsible Entrepreneurship - with a growing focus on AI‑enhanced entrepreneurship education.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen our international education portfolio, foster innovation in teaching and learning, and drive continuous improvement.

Dein Profil

Proven experience in designing and implementing online or blended learning programs with a strong instructional design foundation and passion for transformative education.
Sound knowledge of entrepreneurship and innovation methods and enthusiasm for enabling others to apply them.
Tech‑savvy mindset with curiosity for AI tools, digital platforms, and emerging trends shaping the future of learning and entrepreneurship.
Structured and self‑organized working style combined with an entrepreneurial and solution‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and German (both written and spoken).
