Remuneration: Level B from $127,947 to $150,830 plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading

The Successful Candidate Will

• Manage and deliver innovative and effective teaching in accounting, auditing and/or taxation.
• Develop and maintain a strong research profile with high‑quality, impactful outputs.
• Pursue external research funding opportunities.
• Contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate research supervision.
• Contribute to curriculum development and educational excellence.
• Engage with industry and professional communities to enhance the impact and relevance of research and pedagogical activities.
• Contribute to operational and strategic activities of the School and a positive collegial environment.

Skills and Experience

• A Ph.D. in a related discipline.
• A demonstrated track record of, and passion for, high‑quality impactful research that will be published in internationally renowned journals and has the potential to contribute to improved professional practice and/or societal progress.
• Evidence of the ability to supervise undergraduate honours students and to contribute to the supervision of postgraduate higher‑degree research students.
• Evidence of the ability to develop a capacity to effectively seek external research funding and support.
• Evidence of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence.
• Experience using educational technologies and online delivery methods.
