Our client is seeking a dedicated Legal Counsel to support IT-related legal matters and help shape innovative, future-focused solutions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to internal teams, focusing on IT law and digital topics.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external IT service providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly around outsourcing and data protection.
• Develop practical legal solutions that balance legal risk with operational needs.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified lawyer, with professional experience or a strong interest in IT law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Interest in digitalization, artificial intelligence, and legal tech developments.
• Fluent in English, including in legal and collaborative settings.
