The Company: Join a fast-growing European solar and battery storage developer that has scaled rapidly from start-up to multi-country project delivery, driving the energy transition. They are expanding their international legal team and are looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support complex renewable energy projects.

Your Role: Advise on permitting, planning, environmental, and property law matters, including land rights and easements Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, O&M, and supply contracts for solar and battery storage projects Collaborate with project teams, external counsel, and local authorities Deliver practical, legally compliant solutions for complex projects Support internal process optimisation and standardisation of contracts

Your Profile: German-qualified lawyer (Second State Examination) or business lawyer (LL.M. or equivalent) 3–5 years’ relevant experience in law firms, public authorities, or project development Expertise in planning, environmental, and property law; EPC/O&M experience is a plus Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills Fluent in German and English Join a motivated, international team with scale-up ambition Take on responsibility quickly and shape key renewable energy projects
