As part of our collaboration with a dynamic, international, and human-sized law firm based in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary.

Established several years ago, this law firm has grown into a close-knit team of 20 people in Luxembourg. With expertise in areas such as Commercial Litigation, Tax, Investment Funds, and Corporate Law, the firm has built a loyal client base.

This strong foundation has contributed to a stable work environment, where many team members have been employed since the firm's creation in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities | Legal Secretary – Law – Legal – Law firm – Support

• You will manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, meeting rooms, taxis and restaurant reservations, among other logistical needs.
• You will handle all forms of correspondence, including physical and electronic mail, draft professional emails, and greet clients both in person and over the phone.
• You will participate in the AML/KYC procedures by collecting required documentation and conducting initial verifications to open new client files. Full training will be provided to support you in this task.
• You will work closely with other legal secretaries, meaning that you will always have a back-up and support should you be on vacation for example, and will not be disturbed when you are off.

• You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. A first experience as Legal Secretary in a law firm is asked, in order for you to better understand the environment.
• Fluency in both French and English is essential. Knowledge of German is a plus, although the environment is primarily French and English speaking.
• Your career path reflects stability and commitment : You are seeking a long-term opportunity rather than frequent job changes.
• You have a professional work attitude but also a dynamic personality, allowing you to participate to the good atmosphere already present in the office.
