The Luxembourg office handles a wide range of business-related legal matters. Each office within the firm is staffed with a team of experienced legal professionals, including partners, associates, and support staff.  Today, over 15 collaborators in Luxembourg work diligently on providing top-tier legal services to their clients. These teams collaborate seamlessly to offer a comprehensive range of legal services in Corporate law, Litigation, Banking & Finance law and Investment Fund law.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Secretary – Law Firm – Law – Legal – Cabinet d’Avocats

• You offer administrative support to the partners and lawyers, by managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• You edit the lay-out of legal documents and correspondence with utmost accuracy and attention to detail. You may also be asked to print or archive certain documentation.
• Efficiently manage phone and physical communication with clients, both domestically and internationally. This may include reception duties from time to time, in a rotating system with your colleagues. If this arises, it is up to you to make sure the meeting room is booked and prepared.
• Assist in certain requests that would relate to RCS extracts, invoicing, opening matters, or even assist with AML/KYC matters. Experience with AML/KYC is however not indispensable.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.

• You have acquired at least two years of experience in a similar position in a law firm in Luxembourg. If you are very experienced (if you have for example 10, 15 or even 20 years of experience), we also invite you to apply as this may interest the law firm too.
• We are looking for a candidate that is fluent in English , whereas French will be a plus.
• You are a team player and looking for a role with diversity, in a law firm that has an excellent reputation on the market and abroad.

• An excellent salary that can reach €72.000 depending on your level of experience, to which you can add meal vouchers of €10.80 per day, a complete health insurance with DKV for you and your family , a generous pension plan and an annual discretionary bonus .
