This project focuses on creating and refining text-based content related to law, regulation, and compliance.About the RoleWe are looking for legal professionals, including practising lawyers, corporate legal counsels, and experienced paralegals, to contribute their expertise to an AI training initiative.As an AI Trainer – Legal Content Specialist, you will help train AI models to recognise and produce legally sound and coherent text. This is a freelance, remote role suitable for professionals who want flexible project-based work. Typical responsibilities include:Reviewing, writing, and refining legal and regulatory text.Evaluating AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and legal soundness.Following detailed project guidelines to ensure consistent quality.Working with quality reviewers to continuously improve outputs. RequirementsProfessional background as a qualified lawyer, in-house legal counsel, or paralegal.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.Relevant certification or licensing to practise law in your jurisdiction. Examples include:Solicitor or Barrister (United Kingdom and Ireland)Rechtsanwalt (Germany)Avocat (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland)Abogado (Spain)Avvocato (Italy)Advocaat (Netherlands)Or equivalent regional certificationVerification of credentials may be requested as part of the onboarding process.At least two years of experience in legal practice, corporate law, or legal research.Excellent written English (C2 level).Ability to work independently, follow detailed guidelines, and manage multiple topics.Reliable computer and internet connection for remote collaboration.
