• Pressure Equipment & Plant Engineering: Inspection, testing, and certification services focusing on pressure equipment such as pressure vessels, boilers, tanks, and piping systems.
• Elevators & Conveyor Technology: Inspection, testing, and certification services for elevators, conveyor belts, escalators, cranes, and machinery.
• Electrical & Building Technology: Evaluation, inspection, testing, and certification services for electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
• Industrial Inspection & Material Testing: Comprehensive inspection and testing services for industrial facilities and their materials.
• Infrastructure & Project Management: Project and construction supervision as well as integrated services for infrastructure projects.
• Energy & Environment: Technical support, certification, and testing for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
• Cybersecurity & Functional Safety: Testing and certification services for industrial automation, IT, and OT security solutions.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Als Leitung des lokalen Geschäftsfelds Elektrotechnik (w/m/d) verantworten Sie das Geschäftsfeld im Bereich der Elektrotechnik am Standort Berlin.
• Dabei obliegt Ihnen dieser Funktion die Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung in Form der Budgetplanung und –steuerung in Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen sowie die zielgerichtete Geschäftsfeldentwicklung u. a. durch Vertriebs- und Netzwerkaktivitäten.
• Sie bringen umsetzbare und kreative Ideen ein, um das Geschäft und die Zusammenarbeit aktiv voran zu treiben.
• Sie führen disziplinarisch und fachlich ein Team von ca. 14 Mitarbeitenden und steuern eine zukunftsorientierte Personalplanung und -Entwicklung.
• Zudem gestalten Sie mit Ihrem empathischen Führungsstil ein vertrauensvolles und vom WIR-Gefühl geprägtes Teamklima.
• Mit anderen Geschäftsfeldern sowie weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern arbeiten Sie zielorientiert und konstruktiv zusammen.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium in der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung z.B. in der Planung, Betrieb und Instandhaltung von elektrotechnischen Anlagen, Sicherheitsstromversorgungen, Brandmelde- oder Gefahrenmeldeanlagen in Industrie-, Gewerbe- und Sonderbauten
• Eine Anerkennungen als Prüfsachverständiger gem. PrüfVO (Elektrotechnik) ist wünschenswert
• Erste Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung ist von Vorteil
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, diplomatisches Geschick und kontaktstarkes Auftreten
• Hohe Durchsetzungstärke sowie augeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
