You value teamwork, celebrate collective achievements, and are eager to contribute to Synopsys’ mission of technological advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through license compliance initiatives in your assigned territory.
  • Leading direct commercial negotiations with senior managers and executives to resolve copyright infringements and license misuse.
  • Managing a portfolio of cases, collaborating with sales, channels, legal teams, external counsels, audit firms, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Supporting the protection and enforcement of Synopsys’ intellectual property rights by recovering revenue from unauthorized license use.
  • Guiding direct sales teams and channel partners through the license compliance process and best practices.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of negotiations, settlements, and compliance activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Providing insights and feedback to improve compliance processes and contribute to strategic decision-making.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Safeguarding Synopsys’ intellectual property and ensuring fair use of software licenses.
  • Driving revenue growth by recovering lost income from unauthorized software usage.
  • Strengthening relationships with customers and partners through professional and ethical negotiations.
  • Enhancing the company’s reputation as a leader in compliance and intellectual property protection.
  • Influencing cross-functional teamwork and contributing to a culture of integrity and excellence.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of robust license compliance strategies.
  • Providing valuable market intelligence and feedback to inform future product and compliance initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales or License Compliance roles within multinational software companies.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proven success in commercial settlements.
  • Fluency in English and the local language of your territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and act with integrity.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams, external counsels, and audit firms.
  • Proficiency in managing case documentation and compliance reporting.

Who You Are:

  • High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Excellent communicator—able to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Team player who actively fosters collaboration and builds consensus.
  • Resilient and adaptable in challenging situations.
  • Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of results.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You’ll join a collaborative and multidisciplinary team dedicated to upholding Synopsys’ intellectual property rights and driving business growth through license compliance. The team works closely with sales, legal, external partners, and compliance experts, fostering an environment where integrity, innovation, and teamwork are valued.
