What is Leapsome?

Leapsome is the AI‑powered people platform revolutionizing HR for modern teams. We drive HR excellence and empower high‑performing teams by automating, connecting, and simplifying every HR process across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and performance management to engagement and development. Built with ease of use in mind, our platform ensures high adoption by employees, managers, and people teams alike.

Our purpose is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our vision is to reshape the future of work by leading the People platform for HR excellence and high‑performing teams. We enable companies to create environments where people can achieve their goals, learn, grow together, and build genuine motivation and engagement.

Trusted by thousands of organizations globally, Leapsome secured $60 million in Series A funding led by Insight Partners in March 2022, allowing us to develop our intelligent platform, create exceptional employee experiences, and expand into the US market.

Opportunity

In this role, you’ll own our email and lifecycle marketing engine across new business and existing customers. You will design and execute smart, automated campaigns that nurture and convert prospects into opportunities, while building customer marketing programs that deepen engagement with our 1,800+ customers and drive expansion revenue. You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, using email as your primary lever to improve funnel performance and Net Revenue Retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of time‑based email campaigns for all events (tradeshows, webinars, in‑person events), including invitations, reminders, and follow‑up nurture streams.
  • Design, build, and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot to keep leads warm, deliver personalized sequences at scale, and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Systematically improve key funnel conversion rates (demo form → demo booked, demo booked → demo attended, and no‑show reactivation) through segmentation, testing, and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to define targeting, ensure clean audience rules, and coordinate campaigns across channels (email and gifting via Reachdesk).
  • Lead customer marketing programs that engage existing customers to drive expansion opportunities, contributing to higher Net Revenue Retention.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience in lifecycle and email marketing in B2B SaaS, including building automated workflows and campaigns in HubSpot, Zapier, and Reachdesk.
  • Forward‑thinking use of AI to improve efficiency and outcomes; curious mindset to experiment, learn, and iterate fast.
  • Fluent email best practices—deliverability, segmentation, testing, workflows/automation, and performance analytics—and ability to translate insights into clear actions.
  • Metric‑driven: conversion rates, pipeline, revenue impact; comfortable running experiments to move numbers.
  • Collaborative partner who enjoys working with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success, aligning multiple stakeholders around a coherent contact strategy.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with strong written communication skills, crafting messages that resonate with prospects and existing customers.

Benefits

  • Impact: Become part of a fast‑growing scale‑up taking over the People Performance & Enablement space by making work fulfilling for more than two million people by 2025.
  • Teammates: Join a diverse and international team of talented, smart, and kind people.
  • Feedback and recognition: We value feedback exchange and celebrating successes — big and small.
  • Hybrid model: Enjoy our hybrid model by working from home or in our offices in the heart of Berlin, Germany.
  • Flexible work: Experience a work‑life balance with flexible hours and the option of working elsewhere for up to 2 months per year.
  • Learning and Development: Develop your skills with a yearly development budget of €2,000 and access to Good Habitz platform.
  • Vacation: 30 vacation days per year plus public holidays (or upgrade to 40 days at adjusted pay) and a month‑long paid sabbatical after 5 years.
  • Health & Wellness: Free Urban Sports Club membership, Oliva subscription, 1:1 therapy sessions via partner, workshops, learning pathways on mindfulness and digital wellness.
  • Corporate Benefits: Exclusive discounts and deals from partners.
  • Work‑from‑home stipend: €1,000 one‑time stipend.
  • Monthly team activities: Kayaking, laser tag, game nights.
  • Competitive pay and pre‑IPO equity package.

Values

  • Seek impact: Desire to make work fulfilling for everyone.
  • Listen & learn: Genuinely seek understanding to grow together.
  • Challenge the status quo: Seek better ways, not just follow the beaten path.
  • Take ownership & pursue excellence: Own our work, high expectations.
  • Be honest & transparent: Honest and transparent communication.
  • Be kind & humble: Care for each other, appreciate, support, no ego.
