Your Role

As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you plan, execute, and optimize email marketing initiatives that engage, nurture, and guide audiences through each funnel stage.

Your Mission

You own the global email strategy, designing high‑performing journeys that drive engagement, conversion and measurable pipeline impact.

Your Scope

You report to the Head of Growth & Digital Marketing, manage all email communications from top‑of‑funnel content to bottom‑of‑funnel conversion campaigns, including newsletters, nurturing flows, lead generation, events, product updates and personalized activations.

You collaborate cross‑functionally with Growth, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to deliver timely, relevant campaigns tailored to segments, personas and market maturity.

Main Responsibilities

1 – Strategy & Planning

  • Define and maintain a comprehensive global email roadmap covering lifecycle programs, newsletters and campaign sends.
  • Align the calendar with content releases, product launches and events.
  • Establish clear objectives, audiences and KPIs for each nurturing program.
  • Coordinate with Field Marketing to support event promotion and follow‑ups.
  • Work closely with Growth and Sales to align bottom‑of‑funnel messaging and workflows.

2 – Email Journey Design & Execution

  • Build, launch and manage automated workflows in HubSpot across lifecycle stages.
  • Create and optimise email sequences tailored to personas, industries and intent levels.
  • Deliver newsletters, lead‑generation campaigns, event invitations, product updates and other communications with local variations.
  • Partner with the Growth Manager on segmentation, scoring and trigger logic.

3 – Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track program metrics (open rates, clicks, conversions, pipeline contributions) and provide actionable insights.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, content and send cadence to improve engagement and deliverability.
  • Monitor database health and collaborate with the Growth Manager to maintain clean, compliant lists.
  • Consolidate performance dashboards to measure impact.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team.

4 – Cadence & Governance

  • Define and manage email communication cadence across nurture, newsletters and one‑shot campaigns.
  • Implement suppression rules and exclusion logic.
  • Ensure adherence to brand, legal and GDPR standards.

Your Profile

Must‑haves

  • 4‑6 years in Growth, CRM or Lifecycle marketing in B2B SaaS or MarTech, with international scope.
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, segmentation, reporting).
  • Strong copywriting and audience personalization skills.
  • Design and optimisation expertise across multi‑market audiences.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language (French, German, Spanish or Italian).
  • Team player, collaborative, international mindset.
  • Agile, flexible, reactive, occasional travel within Europe.
  • Curious, proactive, accountable, hands‑on mindset.

Experience using AI tools for content personalization, testing or reporting automation.
