LIMS/MES Project Manager ( Europe – Remote )

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in software implementation projects within MES or LIMS environments. You’ll lead end‑to‑end delivery across multiple consulting projects, manage cross‑functional teams, and help shape the project management function within a growing, international organisation. This is a key role with visibility across global PMO initiatives and new system deployment programmes in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and budget adherence
• Oversee project finances, resource planning and risk management
• Champion collaboration across internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Help define and establish project management best practices, SOPs and methodologies
• Contribute to global PMO initiatives, sharing learnings and supporting continuous improvement
• Act as a trusted partner for both project teams and clients, ensuring proactive issue resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field
• Experience with MES/LIMS implementation projects
• Professional fluency in German and English (B2+)
• Based in Europe
