The Line Producer - Live Social Shopping supports QVC International and own the end-to-end process of planning, producing, and executing live shopping events on TikTok and Meta, ensuring seamless delivery, high engagement and on-target sales.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our head office in Chiswick Park, West London 5 days a week, moving onto a shift pattern next year.

What You'll Do

• Drive digital innovation: Collaborate with talent and social teams to develop smooth implementation of Live streams that resonate with the social Gen X audience and reflect QVC's brand.
• Execute all QVC Tiktok live shows to the highest commercial standard – utilizing all available tools, decision making and communication to ensure that KPIs for lives are hit.
• Assist with product decisions and live activations: Play an active role in briefing hosts, setting up studios, coordinating giveaways, and implementing price drops during live events, all in line with QVC's business and commercial priorities.
• Flexible live hours: Please note, live events will often be scheduled during evenings and weekends to maximise audience reach and engagement. Flexibility to work these hours is essential.

What You'll Bring

• Experience producing live content for TikTok or other social platforms, ideally in retail, entertainment, or media or a knowledge of live production within the QVCUK framework.
• Experience with TikTok and Meta's culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Project management skills.
• Comfortable with data tools and performance metrics as a means to adapt strategy.
• Creative vision and storytelling ability, with a passion for innovation.
• Leadership behaviors: resilience, adaptability, inclusivity, and accountability.
• Experience product selection, promotional activities, and aligning content with business goals.
