Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into clear development goals
Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives and operational needs
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, enhance, and deploy monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure environments
Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle activities including planning, feature definition, testing, rollout, and continuous improvement
Gather and analyze user requirements, system performance data, and operational feedback to inform product decisions
Ensure product quality and stability through rigorous testing coordination and validation of monitoring functionality
Work cross‑functionally with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to align product capabilities with broader platform and operational goals
Provide clear documentation, release notes, and communication on feature progress and product roadmaps to internal stakeholders
Support incident resolution and troubleshooting by understanding technical system behaviors and monitoring outputs
