Liquid Dose Formulation Project Manager (German-Speaking)

Lead cutting-edge liquid dose formulation projects as a Project Manager driving process excellence and innovation in Germany.

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled Liquid Dose Formulation Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Germany. This role focuses on managing and optimizing manufacturing processes, coordinating NPI transfer projects, and driving improvement initiatives. The position requires fluency in both English and German (minimum B2 level) and offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, create, and ensure robust and lean manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the timely execution of projects and coordinate relevant NPI transfer projects using local or global methodologies and tools.
• Initiate and manage improvement or development projects in collaboration with R&D or bulk manufacturing teams.
• Independently manage smaller or sub-projects.
• Handle reporting, documentation, and other miscellaneous tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in liquid dose formulation.
• Strong knowledge of GMP standards.
• Expertise in upscaling processes.
• Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level for both).
• Solid project management skills.
