The Luxembourg office plays a key role within the global network, handling high-value, cross-border disputes and arbitration matters.

The Role

As part of the continued growth of its Dispute Resolution practice , the firm is looking to hire a Litigation & Arbitration Lawyer  for its Luxembourg office.

The successful candidate will:

• Handle a broad range of litigation and arbitration cases, with a focus on commercial and civil law;
• Assist clients in both advisory and contentious matters, including representation before Luxembourg courts;
• Act in arbitration proceedings (domestic and international);
• Collaborate with colleagues from other practice groups and offices worldwide on cross-border matters.

Candidate Profile

⚠️ This role is strictly open to qualified lawyers with Bar admission – candidates with in-house or legal counsel backgrounds will not be considered.

• Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or IV), or another EU Bar with eligibility for the CCDL;
• 4–6 years PQE  in litigation and/or arbitration within a law firm;
• Strong academic record and proven legal drafting skills;
• Fluency in French and English  is required; German and/or Luxembourgish would be a strong asset;
• Additional expertise in data protection would be considered an advantage;
• Team-oriented, yet able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills;
