Your Mission

This is a full-time on-site role located in Frankfurt for a
Load Control & Ramp Operations Agent
.

As a Load Control & Ramp Operations Agent, you will be the key link between flight operations, ground services, and the cockpit crew. Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating service providers such as
refuelling, de-icing, catering, and ramp handling

• Monitoring
operational safety and punctuality
, proactively updating customers and crews

• Conducting
weight & balance
for cargo and passenger aircrafts

• Supervising
loading/unloading
activities and ensuring compliance with regulations

• Inspecting cargo for
safety and regulatory adherence

• Collecting and handing over
flight documentation
to the cockpit crew

• Ensuring all ramp procedures are followed according to
customer airline standards

What You Bring

•
Minimum
3 years of aviation and/or air cargo experience

•
Eligible to work in Germany
& at least
21 years old

•
Class B EU/German driving license & clean criminal record

• Fluent in
German and English

• Strong
communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

•
Flexible for shift work
, including night-shifts & occasional weekends

• Solid
computer skills
(Microsoft Office, SharePoint)

+ Advantageous Qualifications

• Previous experience
working in an airline environment
(e.g. cargo, operations, ground handling)

•
Experience in
cargo build-up / special cargo handling

•
Certified in weight & balance
(widebody freighters preferred)

• A
hands-on mindset with responsibility, initiative, and intercultural awareness
