Your key responsibilities include:
You
**will welcome, accompany and look after our guests in the lobby**
and ensure that everything runs smoothly
You are the
**first point of contact for questions and concerns**
of our guests
You will
**process guest requests**
such as
**reservations, spa or cleaning services or special requests**
You
**coordinate with other departments**
(housekeeping, technology, security, etc.) to efficiently implement guest requests
You
**will assist with check-ins, check-outs, room changes**
and the Elite Arrival Experience
You
**operate the POS system** , take orders and serve food and drinks in the lobby
You will
**deliver packages, laundry, or other items directly to guest rooms**
You will help guests use technical devices such as printers, PCs or Wi-Fi
You
**document and resolve guest complaints professionally and empathetically**
You
**pay attention to a well-groomed appearance of the lobby**
and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
